Joining a group at the destination gives you the freedom to experience the BEST of a destination at a fraction of the cost. Group tours offer VIP experiences that are usually not available to the general public so you get to "go behind the curtain". Tour managers are also on site to help you make the most of your experience.
How does it work?
All of the group tours offered are managed by members of the American Bus Association
or the National Tour Association
and adhere to a strict code of conduct. You can rest assured that your tour will be handled with the highest professional standards.
First, choose your tour.
We offer tours in multiple destinations and some have special Group-Only events!
Second, choose your price.
Tours are priced based on how many people share a room. All prices are per person and each person receives the same amenities, tickets, and meals as stated in the inclusions for that tour.
Third, book your tour.
The full amount is due at time of booking, but in most cases is fully refundable if you change your mind or can’t go. Please read the refund policy of your tour before booking.
Fourth, meet your group!
You are responsible for travel to and from the destination. Some tours, however, offer multiple pick-up locations on their way to the destination. You will be contacted after booking your tour regarding pick-up options if available. Transportation to and from the destination is a separate charge, if available, and if you decide to take advantage of this option.
Once you’ve arrived at the destination, motorcoach transportation will be provided to all included events.
